If you're like most of us, you may be trying to put together gifts for all your loved ones right about now. I don't know about you, but I personally love homemade holidays. I love making, and I love getting homemade goodies. Gift giving shouldn't be about getting stuff, but rather about giving love. Homemade thoughtful gifts say "I love you" the best!
The Pancake recipe does use a protein mix, which adds nutritional value to the pancakes. And the vanilla flavored mixes add a nice flavor punch too. If you wish to skip the protein powder, you can simply just use the label that tells you what to add and skip the other label. But I do recommend adding it, because it makes the pancake mix extra special.
You can fill mason jars, but I used 7" Kraft bakery bags I got on amazon. How you packaged is up to you. You can mix up multiple batches for multiple gifts. But I recommend mixing on batch at a time and packaging it before mixing up a second batch. This just helps keep the correct recipe ratios.

I hope you enjoy and have a happy holiday season.
